Since then, AI development has accelerated. In the 1960s, the US Department of Defense started investigating the possibility of using AI for a variety of purposes. At that time, they started teaching computers how the fundamentals of the human mind work.

But because of some issues, artificial intelligence slowed significantly in 1966. The development of artificial intelligence started to encounter roadblocks.
